This artist's Pixiv? 。is not exactly a great name.
The name's not great, but the art sure is! I LOVE it.
He is a good artist.>>58251
The hard vore art is unsurprisingly my favorite.
I don't see most of these on his pixiv, where are these posted?
it’s this his latest work? pretty interesting i love victims were in life support thing after being decapitated. :) any source of these? if so i appriciate it and thanks in advance.
Does his patreon have the same name as his pixiv?
Just works he/she's posted in the past.>>58330
Yes. There should be a link to it on his Pixiv account.
So, let's say I want to support his Patreon. If I don't want to use my primary/official Pateron account that is tied to normal stuff, do I need to set up an alternate/fake one, or is there some option to make anonymous donations?
Nice set! Thanks for posting!
A lot of these aren't on his pixiv. thanks.
It's annoying when I'll think Pixiv is just having a slow month with the artists I follow, only to find out that some of this is being locked off. Ayaswan being the largest offender, I gave up on them long after I found out. Lock some away sure, lock all of it away why do I even follow you? Besides you being competent at drawing gore.
You're annoyed because people aren't going out of their way to give you all their works as free content? These artists started by making it as a hobby and very rarely uploading. Enough people came to them with support to allow them to dedicate more of their time to making it and you're upset you don't get that for free?
You don't offer any kind of support to them and still expect them to give you what you want? So entitled and conceited.
No what some of us expect is that artists might realize they are not the only ones that any one person can follow. If suddenly they no logger post anything that is free to view and everything is behind a pay wall then it is so so easy for everyone who just casually follows them to give up on them. I have basically stopped following so many so many artist because the moment they discovered patron any non paying fans where dead to them. I can only support so many artist so those who don't offer anything to view publicly easily get forgetten about
no need for Patreon if we destroy capitalism
Patreon defense force is at it again huh?
If you expect people to give you what you want for free in this world you won't make it anywhere in life, sorry. If enough people are providing an artist or any other skilled profession for that matter a job/way of living, why would they give that to (obviously ungrateful) people for free. If you really like the artist enough and want them to continue making work you should be willing to support them. $5 a month is nothing for that. You can be annoyed and angry all you want but it won't change anything.
So sorry I have this dumb and specific fetish that not many draw, or often draw well, so it's a miracle in itself after scouring the internet to find art that isn't shit or isn't behind a paywall for my fetish. I think you're the one who is entitled and conceited. I'm also not made of money and can just throw it at random strangers, let alone over the internet.
If you want something, you pay for it. If you want money to pay for things, you work. you want more money, you work harder or a better job. Maybe spend less time trying to get off and more time making real contributions to society you lazy cuck. Artists should be be expected to perform or create for free, certainly not for someone who expects that they are entitled to their own personal smut artist for free. like it's the artists duty to get your pathetic rocks off. What a joke you are.
You are the very definition of entitled. You're expecting their work for free and you can't even bother to support them for $6 a month. I can buy a subway sandwich for more then that amount.
Get a job you hippy.
Thanks! Can you give me the link to his Patreon? I can't seem to find out what's the actual artist's name...
Big ol art rant, here we go:
So on the subject of pay to see...
Well nobody has the right to decide what an artist does with their work. The artist is the one doing the service.
Plus, taking away your bookmark on a few of the artists pages, sure, hurts feelings... But your bookmarking a page or two is not a service which is equal in value to the artist making work.
The service you do by bookmarking and sharing an artists work is advertisement. If all you do is lurk, and then you slander an artist if they take their work away from you, your subscription has no inherent value at all, so you don't have that to trade to begin with. Basically, you're a kinda harmless parasite who happens to be there while the artist works, and an artist taking their work away from you is not harmful to the artist.
It's sort of like knocking on a strangers door and saying "Hey, I saw we like the same things and you have art skill. Draw things that we like."
And their reply is "Well, sure. If you want me to draw, how will you support me in drawing, aside from just looking at it."
"You expect my support? Me looking at what you do isn't enough for you? I guess we aren't really the same after all, you pilferer."
The fact that you can't afford an artists work is your problem, the fact that you can't choose between the various artists you subscribe to is also your problem. The issue of weather it's sustainable to have subscription models for every artist under the sun, that's an arguable concern, however...
It often sounds like these people wouldn't pay under any circumstance, so that's a moot point. For example, a solution to that problem might be "Maybe artists could run patreons that produce products which are released to everyone, and patrons for free." But these people wouldn't pay once those products were released either, so it doesn't matter.
The artist may be providing a service but many people flocking to easy money on Patreon, while well-intentioned, are doing so in an unethical and irresponsible way. They may be an artist but when you start charging people, no matter the platform, you are also a business and it's well within the consumer's right to judge you harshly when you fail to uphold basic principles of commerce. Everyone is retreating behind their paywalls and never uploading things publicly anymore. The artists who publish constant previews of their Patreon-only content I find commendable because they at least understand that their product needs to be known for people to pay for it. Ayaswan seems like a well-intentioned, hard working guy and even though there isn't any arrogance or malice in how he interacts with his people he still exemplifies some of the scummy aspects of the Patreon model. Putting aside poll results on his Patreon and some huge dry spells, he's only just now started to upload things more frequently to his pixiv and actually seem to care about informing you, the consumer, as to what exactly you are buying. I'm still a huge fan of Aya, and I don't think the system's failings equate to wrongdoing on his part, but I also do not fault anyone who thinks that Patreon is an absolutely ass-backwards way of doing business that enforces the bare minimum accountability from service providers. If you're a consumer looking at Patreon you should feel offended by how little the platform offers you in comparison to the risks of supporting an artist on it. If you're a fan of art you should be scared of Patreon, because it's bottling up artists who don't understand how to market themselves into deeper and deeper packets of segregation and niche dependence. I am, of course, referring to the extreme cases of people never ever stepping foot outside their paywall, even for previews, but as crazy as that may sound with how many Patreon previews are uploaded to pixiv, there is an alarming number of niche artists retreating into obscure subsistence upon diehard Patreon supporters and forgoing a public presence entirely.
There's an entire other discussion on whether or not that's their choice or a protective measure against Patreon's continued crackdowns, but I think it is something that the broader community of internet artists will have to scratch their heads about someday even if this is just a shitpost on a cambodian basketweaving forum.
Rofl okay, I see I've managed to rile some of you up, people who think they're somehow better because they buy adult art, but honestly anyone who pays for porn in my eyes is a sucker what can I say.
This honestly does speak volumes of the times we live in.
There's plenty of musicians who put up entire albums for free. It's up to you whether or not you want to financially support them. This is the way to go about doing it, not locking things behind a paywall. If musicians and video content creators can do this, then why can't artists do it? It's really that simple. Get a better business plan. And for those who are mad, you sound like a bunch of baby boomers. "Get a job and contribute to society" you say on a Korean mango board. You have any idea how much of a joke you sound like? Glad you have disposable income to throw away at random artists, because THAT is TOTALLY contributing to society.
If you can't put together 5-10 dollars a month for a talented artist, that is entirely your issue. Artists have always been compensated for their work, nothing has changed in that regard. >>58793
The world doesn't spin because people do hard work for free, and that's not a baby boomer specific mindset. I don't think people appreciate the effort and risk involved in creating quality hardcore guro porn. If your artstyle is recognized by a normalfag, they aren't exactly going to be understanding. Artists that are as skilled as 。should be rewarded MORE for sticking by such a niche genre.
Artists post free works in order to get noticed. Once they are noticed they can begin to charge for their best work and so they do. No artist has a right to be noticed, and no consumer has a right to free work. As a consumer I just feel lucky that so much free work is available.
You're forgetting that these "free" musicians and video content creators upload to sites that use adsense royalties to make money and even they use patreon to compensate because so many people use adblock.
Even before patreon and adsense on youtube these content creators were finding ways to monetize their content through use of merchandise and sponsorship ads promoted within the videos themselves.
If someone is uploading quality content you can bet they are making money off of it somehow unless it's specifically done as just a hobby, and if they could make money off of it most choose too. That's just the way the world works.
aight stop shitflinging here's his patreon
i like his work, if u wanna support it go ahead if u don't don't nobody cares about your moral hatred for not paying for an extremely specific niche fetish
Is this the last of them? Pretty great stuff
lol, what am I even looking at here?
Something deserving of money.
Been following this artist for a while and didn't even know he had a patreon. He only has it linked on his bio page that you have to scroll all the way down for and doesn't ever advertise it in the stuff he posts on pixiv. It's a shame I couldn't support him sooner.
Wondering would you consider one with a black guy and white chick?>:)
You know he has patreon right? More patrons, more art.
Took me a bit, but I think I saved this thread from the spam unless I misunderstand how posting works. It's been a while for me after all.
So wait, this guy's name is just, "。" huh?
well, it seems the artist recently changed their pixiv to read 「 」
which i think is a nod to pixiv itself and how they wrap all profile names with those brackets.
for example, on the tab right now it says:「「 」」s Profile [pixiv]
Perfection, but what killed them? I love kills during sex, hoping 2 see more!
Excellent! I am hoping 2 see more deaths like this!
